Hi,
I’m experiencing a very low FPS in Call of Duty: Warzone (around 12 FPS in the lobby) and my game freezes completely for about 10 seconds when entering new map areas. I found this unusual since my PC meets the recommended specifications for Warzone as listed by Activision. Their site suggests:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit latest update
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X
RAM: 12GB
HDD: 175GB space
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1660 or Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580
DirectX: Requires DirectX 12 compatible system
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

I have a Lenovo prebuilt from about two years ago with these specs:
OS: Windows 11 64-bit latest update
CPU: Intel Core i7 9700F
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Motherboard: LENOVO 3704
BIOS Version: O4BKT17A (released 11/30/2020)
RAM: SK Hynix HMA81GU6JJR8N-VK DDR4 (x2) = 16 GB

Could there be something I’m missing to improve the FPS? I considered switching to Windows 10, but I’m using the settings from this video and haven’t seen much improvement. I’m open to upgrading or trying other adjustments, but I’d appreciate any additional tips you can share. Thanks for your help!

You're correct, the performance isn't very good. Besides the fact that Warzone isn't well optimized, you shouldn't be experiencing such poor results. What are your temperatures and GPU usage while playing?
