Issue persists with Steam overlay and system freezing.
I was playing L.A. Noire, pressed shift+tab to minimize the window and after a while I opened L.A. Noire from the taskbar and now the game is stuck with the steam overlay. The keyboard/mouse are not functioning. I tried pressing ctrl+alt+delete but nothing happened. Normally I’ll force shutdown my computer using the button on the case but I’m mid-flight in a flight simulator and do not want to repeat the flight. Ideas? Right now I’m waiting for the computer to automatically go to sleep mode and then I’ll try again to see if that reset anything.
It seems like things are going to be tough. You might need to try waking up if your keyboard has a power button, but that's about it.
