There are many similar games these days than you might think. They keep interacting with the drive through micro random files and HDDs struggle with random writes. Is the drive fully filled up, considering bandwidth? If yes, then it makes sense. You really can't change that—it's how things are now. If the drive is full while constantly swapping files with the OS (which it must do to function), the whole system will have trouble. For the bigger picture: Which other games are you playing? Are you facing any problems in other titles? Your PSU looks a bit tight for a 6800XT. AMD suggests 750W for this GPU, but even that isn't ideal due to power spikes.
