Hello everyone! I've been dealing with this problem for a while now, even the Microsoft forums didn't provide a solution. I set up a new PC in November and had no major issues during installation, but from the very start I encountered the same problem: I see the same blue screen almost every day (driver irql not less or equal | nvlddmkm.sys). I also noticed certain triggers: 1. When I power on, Steam, Discord, and Medialab launch quickly, but if I open other apps like Chrome or a game launcher while they're loading, the BSOD appears. 2. Watching a friend's stream on Discord causes everything to freeze and then the BSOD. 3. Playing videos saved on my PC. 4. Playing video games – this is the rarest cause of the BSODs I've seen so far (mostly Microsoft support tips): - Wiped out GPU drivers completely and reinstalled them using Nvidia tools - Tried various Windows troubleshooting steps but nothing worked - Changed power settings My PC specs: Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, base speed 3.7GHz, 32GB DDR4 dual-channel at 1064MHz (ASRock B550 Taichi, M.2 SSD). Please assist me, as I've lost a lot of progress on projects and games because of these crashes. Looking forward to your help, y'all!
The speed is a bit slow, isn't it? Have you checked the system with tools like OCCT or Memtest86? Also, regarding the nvlddmkm.sys error, have you tried using DDU to remove GPU drivers and then reinstall them?
OCCT offers comprehensive features for evaluating CPU, RAM, and GPU performance. It's a good idea to run tests on each component. Note: If the system mentions "nvlddmkm.sys," consider using FurMark beforehand.
