Hey everyone, I'm facing frequent game crashes when my DOCP profile runs at 3600mhz. I've done some memory tests and CPU stress checks, but no errors appeared during those tests. When I switch the profile back to 2666mhz, the crashes disappear completely. Do you have any suggestions on what might be causing this issue? It seems like the problem isn't visible in the viewer after the crashes. I've tested multiple GPUs and other hardware to rule out other causes, even using two GPUs. I'm wondering if there could be an issue with the motherboard, power supply, or RAM. Also, I checked another post for similar problems. Thanks a lot! Here are my specs: RAM: ASUS TUF x570, GPU: Asus TUF 3080 OC and MSI 1060 (6GB), CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X, PSU: Corsair RM750 (750W), RAM: two Gskill 16GB at 3600mhz.
I'm facing the same problem with my setup. I use a 4 G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16GB stick running at 3600 DOCP mode, and it crashes in-game. I tried adjusting the voltage by about 1.3500V to 1.400V, but it still doesn't work. I'm experimenting with smaller changes like 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 or even 0.1 to see if it resolves the issue. Maybe this will help you too.
Thanks for the update. I increased the voltage to 1.365 and played for 3-4 hours without any crashes. Fingers crossed it works! Appreciate the help.
