Fortunately, the site isn't accessed much, which means my colleague can use another machine when needed. I'm planning to hand it over to the IT department since we purchased it. From what I understand, I'm not supposed to handle technical support here, but I'm the self-proclaimed "nerd" around. It turns out I just restart the PC when issues arise and it resolves itself. "You're a hacker!" YEAH. EDIT: I'll keep track and share a solution if one works, so others can benefit from it.

Fair enough! I’m completely unsure which part of the operating system was affected to cause the site issues. My thoughts seem to lean toward SSL/TLS or JavaScript, since those are common areas and they’re often the first to break.
