MB: ASRock b550m pro4 mb
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: GTX 1660ti
RAM: Apacer nox 2x8gb 3200 cl16
PSU: Fractal design 750w gold
Recently faced an issue with my PC following a clean-up. I removed only the GPU and the cooler fan from .y tower cooler. Once everything was reinstalled and powered on, certain lights appeared.

I looked online for solutions and followed these steps:
- Removed CMOS battery
- Reseated the CPU
- Inspected CPU pins for bending
- Swapped RAM sticks
- Cleaned RAM with an eraser
- Adjusted RAM slots
- Verified all power cables were properly connected
Despite these efforts, the problem persisted. Usually, such issues resolve themselves overnight after sleep, but I still had pending uni tasks to complete.

PSU: Fractal design 750w gold
Fractal offers several units with gold certification and a 750W rating on their sticker. What model is yours, and how recent is your PSU?
CPU and DRAM components showing up would indicate either a failure in the CPU's memory controller or faulty RAM. Try moving your processor to another functional motherboard to test. If that doesn't resolve the issue, the BIOS on your current board might be corrupted—unfortunately, your board can't be updated for BIOS reflash.

Problem, I don't have another motherboard that uses am4.
I'm unsure how my BIOS might get corrupted if that's the situation.
The PSU is a fractal design ION 750w 80+ gold fully modular, and I purchased it about last year.
