The starting score appears higher now, around 4.6, though it hasn’t reached the 4.9 I expected.
I prefer turning on Speed Shift Technology in the BIOS settings. It isn't active by default, so please share a screenshot of the ThrottleStop window. When Speed Shift is off, switch back to the older SpeedStep option on the main display, make sure the Set Multiplier box is checked and set to 50 T. Enabling SpeedStep allows the CPU to reach full speed. Also, press the Turn On button to send this data to the processor. The title bar should not read "Monitoring." If you choose to enable it, ThrottleStop will display SST in green on the main screen. You can then modify the Speed Shift Max value in the TPL window to regulate CPU performance.
Check the MMIO Lock area near the top right of the TPL window. It could explain why your CPU is only using the 49 multiplier instead of the 50. Your BIOS might be restricting it to 4900 MHz rather than 5000 MHz. Does your system slow down during gameplay? Edit - Consider removing the V-Max Stress box in the FIVR window.
