Well, this should actually function. It’s just a longer Ethernet cable when you consider the fiber box. Something else must be involved here.
It might help to reach out to Unifi support for assistance
The Ethernet cable is securely fastened behind the wall outlet, with the correct colored wire in the proper slot.
