If you check other discussions, PBO could outperform 4GHz OC. It's a dynamic OC solution, though it's unclear if this is typical for AMD. High hotspot temperatures might lead the GPU to throttle to prevent harm. How long has it been around?

Consider activating the pBOA from BIOS, but be aware this might not always be standard. For your setup, running the game smoothly at 144fps in 1080p without issues is possible if everything runs efficiently. Your friends' concerns about CPU bottlenecks seem valid—they suggest lowering graphics detail can help avoid performance drops. However, neither your GPU nor CPU should exceed 80% utilization under normal conditions.

Yes, make sure to delete GPU and chipset drivers before using DDU. Thanks!

It's conceivable the SSD is damaged, something that occurs more frequently than many realize... yet could also mean the CPU was overclocked, which might be another factor.

You need to verify the chipset setting in DDU to ensure proper removal. It's also wise to confirm your CPU isn't overclocked, since this can cause issues.
