There isn't an option to activate the keyboard and mouse during operation. You'll need to wait until after the computer boots up for them to function properly.

all the usb ports function well once you log in to windows, but before entering the system they don't work properly.

Pc model: hp prodesk g2 600 sff
Processor: i5 6th generation
Graphics: intel hd
Power supply: 200w (original one probably)
The pitched noise began after connecting the power supply to the wall and remained even when the computer was off. The technician suggested unplugging the power cable to stop it, but there was still noise. I recorded the video and heard the noise too.
