Placed a USB flash drive into the router's USB port to store backups, but encountered persistent errors. I reformatted it as both NTFS and FAT32, confirmed all devices can access the drive, and verified it appears in the router interface. During transfer, the backup completes successfully, yet crashes when copying to the networked drive. The process works on my computer directly, suggesting compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit version 1903.

The choice to use a network isn't driven by a specific need; it mainly happens because direct connections to the PC would be faster, though the router's performance might limit that speed.
