Issue encountered upon launching the game.
I recently purchased a new PC and it performed excellently. During a short session playing Trine 2 with a friend, the monitor suddenly went dark and displayed an error saying "No video input." I could still hear my friend via Skype and the game audio. The only solution was to restart the PC, which resolved the issue. Once it restarts, it functions properly with any game or graphics settings. If you suspect the problem lies with the monitor or cable, it’s likely unrelated. I experimented with various monitors and cables but didn’t encounter any issues. I’m not technically inclined, so I’m unsure if the graphics card or another component is faulty. My PC isn’t under heavy stress, and I don’t play particularly demanding games like Trine, Team Fortress 2, or Spore. The specifications I have are: i7-6700 3.40 GHz H170 GTX 960, 2 GB RAM DDR4, 8 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD, and a 1 TB HDD. I don’t see any better options online. Model: G11CB Asus.
I attempted various cables and ensured everything was securely connected. The monitor displays the cable but doesn't receive the images.
Oh no, seems like there might be an issue. Did you notice the graphics card failing? When did you first see this problem?
Do you have a warranty? Send it back. Just in case, what PSU do you have?
500W power source. I asked someone to bring the PC to an Asus service. "They’ll handle it for me," said everyone casually.
