I recently purchased a new mini PC with an R7 7840HS. I encountered some issues where games would crash after playing. I tried updating the drivers, and everything worked smoothly afterward. After the update, I restarted the computer, but when I returned in about an hour, the screen remained black. The Windows logo didn’t appear during restart, pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete didn’t open a window, and using Ctrl+Shift+B caused a brief black screen while typing the password. It seems the login worked but only displayed a black screen. Help needed!

Your Windows seems really damaged. Are you sure you can even launch a command prompt? If it’s not working at all, the best option might be to erase the drive and reinstall the operating system.

A system restore might help if you need to revert your computer back to a previous state. If you don’t have anything critical, it could be a good idea to try it.

For both scenarios, you must generate Windows installation files. You'll require an additional computer and a USB drive with a minimum of 8 GB storage.
