Issue encountered during Windows installation on Windows 11.
Hi, I own an Acer Predator Helios 300 from 2018. I used the Windows installation media tool to get a bootable USB drive, then tried installing Windows but it didn’t work. After that, I downloaded a Windows 10 ISO file and attempted the same process with Rufus, but nothing changed. Additionally, I recently installed an M.2 SSD in Kingstone KC2500 (250 GB).
Using Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver Hot Fix 16.7.8.1024 might work, along with Intel Matrix Storage Manager as AHCI drivers.
I've already attempted it and received the identical response.
When I look for the driver, I can reach my hard drive and the new SSD.
On the Acer website, if you haven’t already, make sure to upgrade your BIOS. Version 1.19 offers better NVMe support. Have you installed the storage matrix driver yet?
