Bollox, the setup is quite problematic. Back then, you had to tweak the service options, switching between active and inactive modes, maybe?

I’m not sure how to put this simply, but I could remotely connect to your setup using TeamViewer and check each tiny Windows setting I’ve learned over the years might cause issues. Beyond that, it might be best to back up your files, reset the system, and start anew.
