The file cryptsvc.dll is available. I ran the batch file and clicked run as administrator after rebooting. Net stop wuauserv functioned correctly. Net stop cryptSvc succeeded; the process was invalid. Net stop bits: Intelligent Background Service not running. Net stop msiserver: Windows Installer not running. Both Ren commands failed with the same error (0xc190012e).
