I tried to modernize my old PC but now it won’t boot. Everything seems connected correctly, yet no BIOS appears during startup. The CPU LED stays on, but nothing changes. I’ve tested one monitor, swapped the CPU in and out, and even reset CMOS while off. Only Windows 10 SSD works, but it still won’t start. Could someone help me figure this out? Thanks! (Sorry for the unclear English, I’m from Germany.)
Is there a label on your motherboard indicating "MAX"? This model only comes in the 3000 series with that marking. Otherwise, you'll have to update the BIOS. The photo I shared displays the "MAX" symbol. "X470 GAMING PRO 'MAX'"

It seems you may need a CPU compatible with your current motherboard to install the BIOS update, though I'm not certain. I haven't handled this board before. Based on the manual and MSI recommendations, you should obtain a BIOS version that supports at least the 3000 series, such as "7B79v1A" or newer. Save the file to your USB drive, boot the CPU into BIOS, navigate to M-Flash, and select the USB file. Refer to the manual for details—page 23 in the English section appears to be relevant.
