I've configured a GIGABYTE motherboard and disabled fast boot and secure boot, but during the Linux install I encounter an "Error: out of memory" message. I need to dual boot Windows with Linux Mint while using my i3-12100f RX6600 16GB SSD.

You're experiencing a Grub bug. Which version of Mint are you running? How was the Live USB created?

You're using Mint 21.1 with a Ventoy setup that makes the drive bootable, then you transferred the ISO files. It functions on other systems but not on your new machine. You plan to create another bootable USB using Etcher.

balenaEtcher is the preferred way to transfer the ISO to the USB drive. If you encounter issues again after using balenaEtcher, you might want to try mageia, which is ideal for beginners like Mint https://www.mageia.org/en/
