Issue detected with realtek audio functionality.
My computer suddenly fails to recognize the speakers I normally use. I've searched online but found no effective fixes. The main problem is that the "Realtek high definition audio" driver isn't listed in the device manager under sound, video, and game controllers. Other attempts—troubleshooting, installing various drivers, booting in safe mode, or adding a local network—have not resolved the issue. I'm quite frustrated.
PC specifications: Windows 10, Gigabyte B450 DS3H v2, Ryzen 5 3600X

Are you sure there is no way to fix this? Why this did happen? Yesterday everything worked fine, today I just turned it on and this issue was going on. wdym with RMAing your mobo?
Replace the mainboard via RMA or purchase another one. RMA refers to warranty service. You might also consider installing an external DAC or sound card for superior audio quality.
I understand your question. The reason occurred is because you didn't do anything out of the ordinary.
