I'm working with a 3000mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB (8x2) RAM but it appears stuck at 2133mhz while Ryzen supports up to 3200mhz. The CPU is an Intel R5 3600 and the GPU is an RTX 2060. I switched from Intel to AMD recently without reinstalling Windows.

Enable XMP/DOCP settings in the BIOS to achieve the advertised 3000Mhz speed.

Consider ending your current project and starting anew. Updates include bug fixes, glitches resolved, new Windows version, chipset improvements, and GPU drivers.

I've revised the bios and intend to install an M.2 drive next week, where I'll set up Windows.

I concur with this point. He also faced a problem where Windows only recognized 2 cores from the R5 3600 until he used Ryzen Master.
