Hey everyone, I've been facing some issues with my motherboard lately. Sometimes it won't post and I get a Post Error 7B. Other times the PC works fine after restarting, but then I run into Post Error 7B again. Once it's running, I can play games or watch YouTube, though if I start two games at once the PC gets artifacts. It also works with two GPUs (GTX 970 and 1080 MSI) and sometimes the keyboard stops working while playing. This happened when I upgraded from a 250GB M.2 to a 500GB NVMe SSD. My specs are: MSI Titanium X370, AMD Ryzen 2700 (non-X), cooled by Hyper 212 Evo, 16GB DDR4 2400 MHz, 1000W PSU, 250GB M.2 SATA + 500GB SATA SSD, and a 2000GB Seagate hard drive. Shift your BIOS or CMOS jumper to the subsequent pin for ten seconds, then return it to its initial place. This will reinitialize your BIOS as needed when the PC failed to post.

This approach doesn't yield the expected results, but it still achieves a 7B output.

7B is a reserved code, so it has no meaning. Connect the motherboard diagnostic speaker on the front panel header. If it doesn't respond, listen for the beeps. For another memory kit, test it too. If not available, set the DRAM frequency to 2400mhz, keep other settings auto and check if it improves. In the DRAM timing menu, find power down mode and turn it off, also disable gear down mode. GL
