I checked my memory and controller, and it looks like the controller is faulty with errors and incorrect data. I’ve just placed an order for a replacement CPU. Unfortunately, I can’t send back the old one because it’s outdated.

Just confirming I asked my friend to give me my old RAM to him. Added it to the A and B channel system. Only B-channel worked initially, but after returning it, both channels functioned properly and the memory test passed consistently 14 times.
