GPU model: EVGA 3080 FTW3 CPU: i7-12000k RAM: 32GB, 3200mhz DDR4 The situation started after a fresh Windows 10 install. My GPU ran at 210mhz when idle and 1800mhz during games, with no significant temperature spikes. Despite this, performance stayed consistent. I tried several fixes: reinstalling the latest driver, removing X1 and Afterburner, ensuring proper PCIe installation, and switching power management to max speed. Still, nothing resolved the issue. I’m considering using DDU and a full reinstall. Any suggestions would be helpful!

It seems the GPU performance doesn't match what you expect even after applying DDU. The idle clock stays high, and full memory usage shows a much higher load than reported. Task manager indicates only 56% utilization, which might suggest the issue lies with the software rather than the hardware itself.

I also saw that Afterburner indicates my GPU shows 0mV voltage.

Certainly could be. If you stop all GPU tuning and monitoring tools, what does Task Manager now indicate? I should note that Task Manager mistakenly shows usage of my RTX A4500, which is actually the same die but the pro variant. So it’s entirely possible Task Manager is misreporting. I’ve tried using GPU-Z for tracking, and based on what I’ve seen, it usually gives the most reliable results.

You tried closing Task Manager and Afterburner still showing inconsistent data. While gaming reaches high frequencies, your system reports much lower GPU usage, suggesting a mismatch between actual performance and what the tools display. Updating GPUZ and HWInfo didn’t change the results, so reinstalling Windows might be the best next step.
