It seems the fans are working properly, but they're being listed under Windows errors instead of Corsair's interface. This could indicate a hardware issue or a problem with the driver. Check the fan status in the original Corsair app and ensure drivers are up to date.

WHA represents "Windows Hardware Error Architecture." An unrecoverable WHEA issue is commonly called a BSOD. Updated on June 19, 2022 by Bombastinator

Actually, I did that. I pressed the gear button... but nothing really caught my attention.

On the Layout section, the category title should be adjusted. The simplest method is to shift and delete the Corsair entries in the monitoring window, then navigate to settings, go to the layout tab, and reinsert the Corsair monitoring by clicking the heading and selecting show. For my Corsair cooler, it appears as Corsair RGB Pro XT; I simply add that header (category) and include the fans, temperature readings, etc., below or beside it.
