Issue arises when network performance drops following initial activation.
Recently I purchased a new phone and mostly used YouTube, but I've noticed significant packet loss problems while playing games. Restarting the device fixes the issue temporarily, but it comes back when exiting the game. The phone model is the Xiaomi Mi A3.
