PC getting stuck in a boot cycle. Today I planned to upgrade from my 1070 to a 2080 Super using DDU, but when I entered safe mode it fell into an endless loop. Windows would briefly load, then restart repeatedly with messages like “preparing automatic repair” before freezing and rebooting again. I attempted to keep the power button pressed for ten seconds and repeated pressing it, but couldn’t access Windows properly. I considered reinstalling via the media creation tool or using Windows Repair, but when trying to boot from the flash drive it crashed after a few seconds and displayed a crash error. My system specs are a TUF Z270, i7-7700K, 16GB RAM at 3000MHz. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. [Boot loop/BSOD video] https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xKXU5_A...p=drivesdk

Start by clearing the CMOS. Use Bios, record temperatures. Continue if suitable. Then check the memory with a test like memtest or switch to another setup.
