Hello, I've spent a lot of time researching this problem I'm facing, but nothing seems to resolve it. I've tried all possible solutions. Regardless of the game I play, I consistently experience poor hit response, feel like I'm lagging behind the server, and often get instantly eliminated. On other perspectives, I've been visible briefly. Below are all the steps I've taken to try and address this—though honestly, I'm still unsure what to do next. Things I've attempted:

- Switched PCs multiple times
- Used four different internet service providers
- Frequently adjusted BIOS settings, including disabling several functions and even re-flashing the BIOS to a lower version
- Experimented with Linux—provided some improvement but it remained unsatisfactory
- Moved homes without resolving the issue
- Currently using Zen Internet with a business 900 plan on a FritzBox router
- Tested with my own GL.INET router, but results were unchanged
- Moved to another older laptop with an i5-6300u that also had the same problems
- Swapped NIC card and RAM in a different older machine, then transferred it to the stable one—still no fix

I know this isn't dependent on internet connectivity since devices like phones and Nintendo Switch function well in games such as Fortnite and Roblox. However, my last six gaming PCs all suffered from these problems without any software installed. The previous game that worked without issues was an older i7-7700 with a GTX1050ti; after reinstalling Windows and restarting once, it returned to bad performance.

Despite testing various motherboards, CPUs, and GPUs, nothing seems to work. It's not just one game—it affects all of them. Yet, my friends online rarely report similar struggles. I initially suspected PC build issues, so I purchased an MSI Mag S3 with a 14th-gen i5 and an 4060 chipset, but it still had the same problems.

Currently, I'm at the end of my testing range, with no clear results or alarming signs. I'm uncertain whether the issue lies in Windows, the hardware itself, or something within the BIOS settings. Linux also runs poorly, though slightly better than Windows.

I've played on friends' systems that didn't have these problems, and the difference was striking. My setup now includes an Asus Prime B760M-K D4 i5-12400f RTX 3080 with 12GB RAM, 16GB DDR4, a 1TB NVMe SSD, an Alienware 0.5MS 360Hz monitor. In games, ping stays stable between 8–20ms (depending on server), FPS remains high with lower settings, upload speed is 900 Mbps, and ping is consistently around 7ms during tests.

I truly hope someone can assist me further. Thank you for your attention.
