I'm struggling to understand this problem. Every time I launch Discord, the loading screen appears, freezes, and then closes automatically. Using the Event Viewer, I've identified the issue as occurring during runtime broker execution. All online fixes I've tried haven't resolved it. Some suggestions involve actions within Discord itself, but I can't proceed because the app won't open. I followed a guide to adjust activation permissions for runtime broker, though those settings remain disabled. Besides that, I've completed standard troubleshooting steps for both the program and Windows. This is the only application I'm having difficulty with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I own a Corsair Dominator RAM, a Corsair AIO cooling loop, and a Corsair power supply. The rest are non-Corsair components. I’ll review that video to gather more information. Thanks.

I followed the steps shown in the video and reached a login page on Discord. When I logged in, it crashed again and kept showing the same error. It's odd since DCOM was turned off after trying something from the video. If you have any other suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.
