Hello! Welcome to OS. You're setting up your PC with Windows 8.1 and need to get the ISO file onto a USB drive. You also want to purchase the product key from the link you shared. Let me know if you need guidance on downloading the ISO or using the key. ^.^ Thanks a lot!

Purchase an OEM CD key from any source and simply move the contents of the disc to a USB drive. That’s all you need to do. For the linked site, just copy the .iso file onto the USB and insert it into your device. It seems likely to function correctly.

I don’t really have an opinion. Most folks who edit those ISO files seem to be okay with it. Personally, I’m just fine about it, honestly.

The OEM key is unrelated to the ISO image used for installation. In reality, the ISO images OEMs employ are frequently identical to those found on retail disks, along with all the accompanying software.
