Get it from Torrentz and verify the ISO with a hash checker.

You can't purchase OSX directly from a retail outlet, but it's possible to obtain an official Windows ISO file. I assume you'll be able to download a legitimate Windows installation image, though Apple doesn't officially support installing OSX on non-Apple devices.

The main goal of the message was to check if Microsoft had an official ISO available. If I plan to use a torrented version, I’d prefer it if I didn’t even purchase Windows and instead used Windows Loader to activate it.

I'm not a big Apple supporter, but it bothers me when Microsoft claims they can install Windows on a Mac. They say you need a Windows PC to get an official ISO, which feels confusing.

They don't promote the idea of installing OSX on devices that aren't Macs. In fact, their policies clearly forbid it. Therefore, I won't assume they offer a downloadable ISO.

there isn't a lasting setup for 8.1, just KMS servers that last a few months at most

Really? I had been using a broken version of 8.1 since when it was released, before I bought it just yesterday (I haven’t had the money until recently, sorry Microsoft). It always stayed on for me. Probably a different method of activation than the one the cracker used. I’m not very familiar with how those DRM workarounds actually work.
