Hello everyone, this might seem a simple question but I just put together my new motherboard. I stopped using my NH-D15 and now use an AIO ASUS ROG Ryonu 240 for aesthetics. I installed the RAM and tried booting with PC BIOS, but I can't get D.O.C.P. The memory only works up to 2133MHz instead of the expected 3600MHz. When I swap it to B2 and A2, everything works perfectly. Is this normal or could there be a problem with the board? After spending a lot of time assembling, I haven't had any issues before. Since I'm assembling an AMD system for the first time, I'm not sure if this is typical according to the manual, which says to install on A2 B2. My Ryzen 3600x board from ASUS ROG B550 gaming Memorys Trident z Neo (with QVL). Thanks in advance!
It's usually best to place the RAM in slots 2 and 4. This setup functions well with most systems.
