Here are some problems with my second screen: it's slow and choppy while I play on my main one, even though everything looks fine. This started after I switched to Windows 11, but I'm not sure if that's the cause. Before, when I had an AMD card and a bad power supply, it worked okay until then. I fixed those things recently, but the problem is still there. If I click on the screen playing the video, the stuttering stops.

Here are all the steps I've tried so far:
- Turning off browser hardware acceleration.
- Changing the monitor refresh rate.
- Disabling v-sync in my games.
- Setting it to full-screen borderless mode or windowed fullscreen.
- Checking Nvidia profile inspector and turning on multi-display performance mode.
- Toggling windows transparency (helped once, then went back).
- Turning off game mode in Windows.

I might have tried a few other things I forgot about, but nothing worked. It never happened with Windows 7 or 10. If you can help me fix this, please let me know!

Make and model monitors? Are there specific drivers available on the official manufacturer site? If yes, just download them and install them from there directly. Use no third-party tools or extra software. Be sure to check if it's really the maker's own site. Just because a name is in the link doesn't mean you're actually at the real place.

Go to the Performance tab in Task Manager and see how much power your CPU and GPU are using. It probably isn't enough leftover power for you to play a video on two screens at once.

I can tell you that my monitors are an AOC E2770SH and another AOC E2752VQ. I did find a driver for the first one and installed it, but nothing changed. For the second model, I couldn't even find a driver. I think these are the real names of the devices. If there is a sure way to know what they actually are, I would really appreciate some advice.

I ran my game while watching the video tab at the same time and it seemed like you were right. The CPU is using about 85% and will go up to 100%, which makes the video lag or stutter. This happens most often when the loading screen starts, but sometimes it lags too without a loader. My GPU uses around 30-40%. I plan to upgrade my computer soon in case this is what's causing things, so if that's why, I'll wait until then. But if there was a quick fix I don't know about, please tell me, thanks. I also tested on another game that isn't as heavy and the lag didn't happen; CPU usage was only 50-60% there. The problem game is Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), and the one I used to test was Terraria. I thought I should mention I haven't played ESO before switching to Windows 11, so it might be specific to that game, but I'm still not sure about that either.

Just keep watching your performance while you have time - you might find other related things. Maybe some background programs that aren't needed anymore can be turned off. Research before turning anything off or uninstalling it. And always make sure to back up all your important data away from the current computer. Also: probably a 750-watt power supply is enough, but it's fine to use some calculators and budget for a new, better one with more watts. FYI:

I have been watching how things work and didn't find much wrong, but I did notice that Firefox automatically turns into a saving mode on its own. I turned that off and it made a tiny bit of difference, yet the issue is still there. The PSU was brand new about a week ago and fits perfectly within what my setup needs. If anyone else has advice or read this, please tell me, cheers.

I found out the trouble was actually in the game, not on my computer. The game had a glitch that made it slow down when using 6-core CPUs and caused me problems there. FIXED! Thanks for helping everyone, cheers <3 [Moderator Note: Per Forum rules self-awarded Best Answer removed.]
