You need to play CSGO at 4K for better visual quality. The original title gave a misleading impression. Just specify 1080P.

Absolutely. I used CS:GO on a DSR with 4K downscaled to 1080p, and it ran at over 200 FPS. Your GPU performs similarly to my GTX 970, so you should be able to hit 4K at 60+ FPS easily.

CSGO operates smoothly at 1,000,000,000 fps on even modest systems. With the new 4K display, I've spent some time evaluating it alongside various components, making it the second game I tried. Achieved around 60-100fps using a R9 290 PCS+ and a 5820k clocked at 4.2ghz.
