Yesterday I tested PBO and F@H, only covering 74-75°C using a Hyper 212 with my 3600x.

It seems like a warning sign here. Make sure the power cable for the CPU is secure; maybe reattaching the 12V wire will help. There don’t appear to be bent pins, and the CPU was straightforward to reinstall, so it’s likely okay. You might have hurt the socket or nearby parts, so consider replacing the CPU to test.

I don’t possess any additional CPU or MOBO. After consulting with tech support from both firms, I’m initiating an RMA for the CPU. It’s been a great experience being without my setup during the quarantine.
