Hey everyone, I’m seriously concerned that my RX 7700 XT (bought brand new 6 months ago) might be dying, and I really need your help identifying whether this is a hardware issue or not—especially since my seller’s warranty has already expired.
I've noticed in the past few days appearance of rapidly flashing colored dots and black squares in the Quarry game when SSAO is enabled strange is that when I deactivate ssao option in the setting of the game resolves the issue , Also in FC 25 During replay scenes, I see fast-blinking white dots near the audience like random photographer's camera flashlight and in

I noticed Green pixels flicker only when "Resolution Optimizer" is set to

) , And similar things in many other games as well such as Horizon Forbidden West, Warzone....
I’ve done clean driver installs multiple times using DDU and AMD Cleanup. Even tried different driver versions.
The card temperature is completely normal, as it does not exceed 60 degrees in extreme conditions
So now I’m honestly worried could this be a sign of a failing graphics card? Or is it just a software/driver issue?

Any help even the smallest advice or test suggestion would mean a lot to me identifying the root cause, or any advice on what tests I can do to confirm if the GPU is defective . I’m out of warranty and not sure what my next steps should be.

It’s below what’s suggested but not likely to cause problems. The 7700XT is a 250W unit, maxing out at 300W, while the 5600X has a 65W chip under full load. Adding other components will make it hard to exceed 350W. High PSU suggestions are often self-serving, efficiency varies, older models degrade, some AIBs act oddly, and devices like the 14900K can drain power even at low loads.
For what it's concerned, this could indicate the root cause rather than a sign of GPU failure or shutdown.
