It seems like this setup could really work well together. The 7600 is a budget CPU while the 4070-Ti is a more powerful GPU. Most games don’t run on every core, so pairing a lower-end CPU with a higher-end GPU might have provided a great gaming experience—often using most cores and sometimes all of them depending on the title. If he had gone with a 16-core 7950X, it would definitely change things.

It's strange how these 7000 chips seem to slow things down, but I'm happy with my 5800X3D—no similar problems there.
