Yes, the ATX_12V1 and ATX_12V CPU cables were linked to both the power supply and the motherboard.

The memory controller belongs to the CPU, so I shouldn't rely solely on the status LED to determine failure. If you've checked both RAM sticks individually and they don't boot, the likelihood of both failing is low—more likely the CPU is the issue.

How extended the duration is being maintained? Initially, some am5 systems might require about 10 minutes for memory exercises.

I haven't allowed it to rest for more than ten minutes. What does "memory training" mean? How can you tell if it's actually taking place?

Fundamentally, your setup attempts to check and confirm the memory. Particularly during its initial start. It's possible you're halting operations before the procedure completes.

I had no prior knowledge of this and haven't encountered it in any troubleshooting manuals or installation instructions, though I might attempt it.
