So I was setting up my build on a new case today, before that I used my PC without a case and it was functioning perfectly.
After completing the installation on the new case, I tried to turn on the computer and everything started working but it didn’t boot at all. The fans ran loud at first and then slowed down, leaving only a black screen with no access to BIOS or anything.
I removed everything from the case and attempted to use it as before, but the same issue occurred.
I also tried removing the CMOS battery and reinserting it, trying to boot with just one RAM stick and a few other components, still facing the same problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this or if it can be fixed?
It was working fine when I first got it, just after placing the build in a case.
I also tried reseating the RAM and the GPU, but nothing changed.
The motherboard is an Asrock b450m-hdv r4.0 and the processor is a Ryzen 5 5600.

full list of parts and a picture of the installation would be useful.

I would verify that the system was set up correctly with all the standoffs in the proper location and check for any tiny metal particles that might have contacted the motherboard's back.
