I am having trouble with my Razer Blade 15 on Windows 10. The product number is RZ09-03286E22 and the serial number is BY2028A9130460. I used Diskdrill and Recuva to try to get a deleted game file back, but while Diskdrill was running, I left the computer alone for about a minute when it suddenly went into recovery mode. When I tried starting recovery again, a popup showed the number five with no other details. After closing that pop up, the recovery started quickly and shut down my laptop. Now I turned it back on to check if everything worked fine, but I am just coming back to the same recovery screen. Nothing else happened after that. I tried pressing keys F4 through F8 every time I turn it on, but nothing works at all. The keyboard doesn't respond either way. I can't do anything right now. I even asked for help from support online and they couldn't fix it.

Recovery mode is a special setting for people who really want to wipe everything away so the laptop starts exactly like new, as if it never had you before. Did you think this was just going to make it easier to turn on? Or maybe you wanted to delete all your stuff and go back to the factory defaults again?

My computer just picked up random recovery mode on its own, but I'm still stuck trying to get back to normal.

Hey, when your computer starts up in recovery mode, what are your choices? Maybe you need help fixing a hard drive or SSD. Try these steps to reset your laptop: Press F9 on your keyboard to get it started. How do I know how to reset the Razer Blade back to its factory settings?

I have no choice but to cut power or try a restart. Nothing happens if I press F9 or other F-key buttons. You can see this in the picture I shared. Thank you for getting back to me.

Turn off the power, take out the battery, then plug it back in and turn on again to reset the computer.

I know what you mean and you told me in your first post. You didn't answer my question. Why did you click the "Start recovery" button? Anyway, let's pretend you want your laptop to start up normally again: 1) Make a Windows 10 USB by following these steps here. 2) Plug it in, boot the laptop from that stick, and follow the first prompts. When you reach the install window, click "Repair your computer." See this below: 3) From the screen that shows options, pick "Troubleshoot." The very first thing to try is "Startup Repair." If that doesn't work then you can try "System Restore" using a restore point from before the problem started. PS: I forgot to say you need to make sure F9 isn't stuck down because it will turn on Razer recovery mode every time your laptop turns on.
