Hey everyone, I have a MSI Katana GF66 12UCOK that I got three weeks ago. It keeps going black or flickering and freezes up sometimes while it's still working because the lights on the keyboard stay lit. I tried changing out the hard drive but these problems keep coming back. Is there any way to make this work better?

Welcome to our forum! I'd like to tell you a quick thing: First, check if your laptop needs a BIOS update. If it doesn't need one, go ahead and see if your operating system is due for an update too. After that, use DDU to wipe all the old GPU drivers completely, then manually reinstall the newest ones from Nvidia's official site with special permissions set (you'll have to right-click on the installer and choose Run as Administrator).

I already tried that before, so I reset my laptop. Then when it froze, I pressed ctrl + alt + delete but nothing happened. Finally, I had to force shut down. This makes the laptop show a fix and repair drive message. https://imgur.com/soQhzwR
