I have tried changing my internet settings on the computer I'm using, including restarting networking tools, resetting network connections, and manually setting up wireless networks. Even after trying all these things, I don't know if it's working or not.

First, cut the old wire out and put in a fresh piece of cat5e copper wire that came straight from the factory.
