My computer has an RTX 3070, an i5 10400F, 32GB of RAM, and a GX750 power supply unit. I'm using balanced DLSS on ultra settings at 1440p resolution. During the game WZ, my power usage drops to about 130-180 watts while my frames per second drop. At this time, my CPU is used around 50% to 70%, and my GPU is used between 95% and 100%. I don't know what causes this problem and how can I fix it? Because the frame rate can't go over 100 frames per second. Even FurMark and other games run smoothly without issues.

I turned off my graphics card settings, but it's still using a blend of standard and high power. That means I'm drawing about 150 watts right now.
