many people might say they provide a certain wattage, but it often doesn't deliver enough power for demanding tasks with top-tier systems.

some RTX 4090 models even suggest needing a 1200w power supply.
I'm really frustrated, man. I've only played AC Brotherhood which worked well, Watch Dogs 2 which had frame drops, and Far Cry Blood Dragon which felt great, but now Outer Worlds has micro stutters. I'm not seeing how others on benchmarks are getting better performance and no stutters with the same hardware.

for instance, Outer Worlds often causes gameplay problems even with high-end hardware and limited frame rates.
i can achieve around 100fps at 3440x1440p with maximum settings, but even at 90fps the game still shows some stutters.
rather than criticizing the manufacturers, we should be frustrated with these companies charging excessive fees for software that keeps breaking after release.
