I recently changed my setup. When I play League of Legends, my CPU uses about 25% to 50% of the power (before the Win11 update it used to use 15-25%). After the update, FPS stays around 80 but drops even lower when teamfights happen or on TFT, so performance is bad regardless of settings. Other games like Apex also struggle because they cannot maintain 144fps. My PC has a Ryzen 5 3600 processor (about 1.5 years old), a Zotac RTX 3060Ti graphics card (half-year old), HyperX Beast RAM with 16GB running at 3200MHz (also about 3 years old), a 750Watt power supply (only 2 months old), an ASROCK B450 SteelLegend motherboard, and all drivers are updated. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my hard drives or the SSD because my old computer has a Ryzen 5 1600, an RTX 1060 with 6GB of memory, and two DDR4 sticks running at 2400MHz. It still runs League of Legends up to 200 FPS on that same hardware. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
