Hey everyone as you can see in the picture, there seems to be a problem with the CPU. I ran it in OCT but it consistently stays at 3.7 MHz instead of reaching 4.050 MHz. When I play games with low CPU load (around 10-15%), it reaches 4.050 MHz, but the temperatures are still in the 60s. I have a good cooler for this processor—Bequiet DarkRock Pro 4—and my motherboard is an MSI B550 Gaming Plus. In idle mode it hangs at 40°C and then fluctuates up and down by a few degrees. I’ve tried undervolting the CPU, but the issue persists. The best I got was 3.8 MHz during OCT. Maybe it’s related to the case fans? I’ve checked with the side panel open and disconnected fans, but the problem still exists. Could it be due to a poor cooler fit or something affecting the temperature control?

Provide the power supply specifications, including voltage, amperage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, used). List the disk drive specifications such as make, model, and capacity, along with current usage. Include a list of all connected peripherals. Specify whether the network connection is wired or wireless.
it operates within the required specifications, it isn't experiencing thermal throttling; otherwise, the clock speed would drop below 3GHz. since you're aiming for a higher clock at full load, have you considered adjusting the voltages using the curve optimizer?
Thermaltake toughpower gt1 750w was purchased last month. The system includes a Samsung 970 240gb nvme and silicon a55 500gigs drive, with both being fully installed. I reinstalled Windows a week ago, and the operating system is now Windows 10. The connection is wired.
I see, yeah, I think I'll do that in bios. Was curious just to check if everything's okay with the system, haha.

Check if PBO is active on the chip and whether XMP/DOCP are enabled. You might want to reset the BIOS if you haven't remembered any changes.
Yeah everything is active, I only touched XMP to enable it in BIOS. Now I did some undervolting, and it seems less hot than before. This was my initial goal because the PC is running in a room where I sleep.
