Every computer is suitable for gaming. What does a spec mean?
I purchased a new computer today because my previous one was seven years old. What rating would it be for gaming or streaming purposes?

It's not top-tier, these are mid-range gaming components—not the absolute best nor the worst. The CPU performs better than the graphics card. Suitable for systems with 1080 or 1440 resolution at lower settings.
Consider purchasing a quicker video card, but why do you wish to improve it? Are you not satisfied with how it operates? What resolution and refresh rate does your screen support? You just acquired it, it’s pointless to change components right away.
You should consider a budget-friendly NVIDIA video card designed for high performance in gaming and excellent video output for streaming and recording. Since you already own the GTX 1660, look for options that match its specifications but offer better value or newer technology.
