I hope you get what I'm saying because my English isn't that great. My laptop is an Acer Aspire A514-53G with an i5-1035G1 processor and an Nvidia Geforce MX350 card. When I tried to run CS:GO, I was shocked at how fast it ran. But the game lagged really badly and when I looked at my task manager, the CPU's frequency only hit 0,39 GHz. This problem happened with Valorant too. The CPU is also only using 7 watts of power, which means it's running half as hard as normal. Is there any way to fix this?
