Hi,
I am a US citizen residing in India and require assistance from individuals based in India.
I own a bank account with "associatedbank.com" for more than thirty years.
Over the past three weeks, I have been unable to access this website from India, which prevents me from logging in or making transactions. It appears there has been a change in the site's interface or functionality. Three months ago, I could open and log in without issues.

I consulted with three supervisors at the bank, including the top "AVP" and a Senior Supervisor at the Customer Care Center. We tried troubleshooting using Chrome and Microsoft Edge for more than an hour each week, but still faced problems. One supervisor emailed me saying, "After reviewing the logs and discussing with the team, there is nothing blocking your access. Please update Chrome or try a different device if needed."

I can use other major bank websites in India and many US sites regularly. I am 75 years old, and my income relies on remitting funds from this Indian bank.
My request is:
(1) Can anyone in India open the website with the latest version of Chrome or another browser?
(2) What occurs when attempting to access the site, and what should I send if I encounter issues?
(3) If it complies with forum rules, could you share the city and state in India where I tried to open the site so I can inform the bank?

Without being able to view the site, I am struggling to meet basic needs like paying bills or accessing healthcare.
I truly appreciate your help.

I'm not based in India, but I'm in the EU (Estonia), and I still can't access that bank's site. I've tried using both Firefox and Chrome.
The result is this:
As stated on the packaging, the website is geo-blocked. This means connections from outside permitted regions are blocked (India - Asia, Estonia - Europe).
A possible solution would be to use a VPN. With it, you can fake your location to appear as if you're in the USA, even though you're elsewhere.

Download and set up Opera browser, which includes a built-in VPN. I activated the VPN option and selected the America server, successfully accessing the website without issues.

From Sweden, using a regular connection, I can access the site with Brave, Comodo Dragon, Comodo IceDragon and with Edge.

I can access and operate all major bank websites in that region, along with numerous other sites across the United States every day. What is your question about?

I am in India & I am saying that I am not able to open it in India & that is why I specifically asked that does anyone in India is able to open it to make sure that it is not just me who is not able to open it for over a week.
As
Aeacus
mentioned above, even he could not open it in Estonia.

Second, I should have phrased it better. I didn't mean I am visiting other banks sites everyday but only tried once to make sure that it is not a problem with other banks too in that area..
And yes, I do visit other websites everyday just like everyone else does.
I hope I cleared up your question & if not please let me know.
By the way, I love this forum & am grateful to all the people that have taken time to answer my questions.
Sorry for any confusion that I may have caused.

As others have mentioned, a VPN offering a US IP address might function. Organizations and service providers are becoming increasingly knowledgeable about VPNs and are actively blocking certain ones for clear security purposes. Reaching out to the bank to set up a recurring transfer order could be a viable long-term option.
