According to what I've heard, there are some performance concerns, though they should be resolved. To ensure you enjoy the gameplay, the initial version is quite affordable on G2A. Personally, I plan to wait until the price drops significantly.

Also note that similar titles already exist, like Xenonauts which aims to honor the original while enhancing it compared to redefining the series as seen with the "official sequels." Options are available, and timing sales can be advantageous. I believe Xcom 2 could be a solid investment.

It's exceptionally crafted though it occasionally struggles under heavy load. Still, it delivers the same quality as Enemy Unknown/Within and surpasses it in many ways. As a follow-up, it shines brilliantly and would be almost flawless on its own. The cost is high, but if you love turn-based tactical battles, you won't find a superior option. GMG currently offers numerous 20-25% discount codes that bring the price down to a more attainable range.

Absolutely, it's true but it's not for those who prefer easy wins. Interestingly, even if you win against an unknown opponent, you're still technically out due to the sequel, right? That's pretty cool, Xcom!

I've spent 50 hours here already, and I really enjoyed each part. Still, I know I dedicated around 400 hours to XCOM: Enemy Within.
